Ms. Foster is a seasoned Human Resources leader with 20 years of experience in publicly traded companies in the life sciences industry. Ms. Foster has worked in small and large organizations, supporting global teams from drug discovery through clinical development and commercialization.

Prior to Palvella, Ms. Foster was Senior Vice President, People at Mineralys Therapeutics, where she established and scaled the HR function. In prior roles at Neos Therapeutics, Trevena, Teva Pharmaceuticals, and Adolor, Ms. Foster established innovative people programs to drive team performance and create exceptional employee experiences. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Arizona State University.
